Also, acted as a liaison between volunteers, artists, and businesses. Provided in-depth target audience research to the marketing and PR departments.
Promoted TransferWise in universities through social marketing. Assisted students in signing up for TransferWire, answering their questions and providing excellent customer service.
Handled bookings for rooms or spa treatments by phone, e-mail, mail, or face-to-face. Completed procedures when guests arrived and left, prepared bills and processed payments. Handled special requests such as booking theater tickets or storing valuables, and processed complaints.
Events don’t just happen. Festivals, theater productions, exhibitions, music gigs and multi-media events need creative, energetic and well organised people to make them a reality. This course gave me the theoretical and practical skills needed to work in this industry. Giving us an opportunity to work with field experts and at the same time new and up and coming artists, while expanding our knowledge about business management, health and safety, marketing, art forms etc.
