Contracted by the Brazilian inspired, London based swimwear company to oversee its expansion into the North American market. • Responsible for the wholesale department, I strategically designed a five-year global business plan aimed to turn the business from a £1.5m to a £10m organisation. This included sales planning, forecasting and execution. • Here, I was a supervisor to a team of three people; one assistant and two executives. Together we managed over 200 global stockists, negotiating all contract terms, marketing contributions and annual OTBs. • Experienced in developing relationship across the business I met all planned targets and goals with functional areas such as Operations, Production, Finance, Logistics and IT. • Finally, I organised and oversaw the showroom in London and our trade shows in Miami, Paris and Florence. • Contract terminated due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Headhunted by the celebrated shoe brand to manage and develop the wholesale and distribution in the UK, Ireland and the Middle East (Maternity Cover Contract). • Responsible for two territories at Manolo Blahnik International Limited (“MBIL”), generating 40% of the wholesale revenue (€20m annually). • Here, I developed and delivered strategic business plans to maintain the company’s growth targets, whilst identifying new business, addressing the brand’s strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for new development. • By building and maintaining the client relationships, I prepared seasonal and annual budgets, reviewed the brand exposure, reported the business performance and negotiated payment terms, sell-thru and marketing contributions. • Liaising with our Accounts and Logistic departments, I monitored payments and deliveries but also worked closely with clients on resolving any issues. • Finally, I compiled competitive market analysis, helped edit the collections, developed exclusive and territory focused products, managed the launch of pop-ups and gave staff product training.
