About me

I am Elza, and I am a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in the design and fashion industry. In my previous role as an art director at Monosuit fashion brand, I was responsible for content production and all company’s fashion shoots, developing numerous marketing programs (packages, labels, logos, brochures, infographics and presentations), creating seasonal collections with head designer, along with curating and managing major projects (e.x. eco production with Italian factories, digital collection, project presentation on various platforms together with other kinds of remote work). From day one, I always try to make valuable contributions to the creative teams I am working with. I possess a wide range of abilities that combine innovative art and design principles. Furthermore my expert knowledge of adobe creative suits will allow me to play a circular role in the implementation of the design initiatives. All these have improved brand visuals and client transactions by an average of 45%. Apart from working as a fashion designer and art director, I combine it with freelance work as illustrator, am creating illustrations, animations and graphics, besides all that I’m working on creating patterns, prints and embroideries for textile, knitting etc. Also, from 2015 to 2020, I founded and developed my own independent clothing brand in Moscow, aimed at creating minimalist womenswear with a maximalist touch along with an avant-garde and humorous message.

• Monosuit SS22 campaignAlong with head designer I was working to create this collections, directing and producing this campaign shoot afterwards.
• Tableware illustrations and animationsHand drawing illustrations for postcard, animations and gifs that made for tableware and home decor shop. Made with Adobe Illustrator.
• Eco-friendly and sustainable catsuits conceptWithin the Monosuit brand I supervise and was responsible for a special project to create eco-friendly sustainable catsuits made from recycled ocean wastes, in collaboration with Italian factories. I was also fully responsible for the visual appearance and production of packaging, labels and tags, and created unique eco-friendly packaging design with original conceptual graphics and descriptions characterizing this product.
• Digital clothing collection for MetaverseThis digital collection was created to draw attention to the problems of environmental and ocean pollution. Here I have covered topics about death of corals, which adversely affects the state of the oceans; a problem of ocean temperature rise and as a consequence melting glaciers; I highlighted the problem of heavy metals and mercury in the oceans; created CO2/steam dress as the carbon footprint problem, and the necessity to reduce the CO2 emission; and water bubbles dress as the decrease in f
