With over nine years of being a part of art industry, I possessed the comprehensive skill set and hands-on understanding necessary to affect positive, overreaching outcomes in artist position. I am extremely organized, hardworking and have a great attention to details. While studying I was a dedicated member of a small team working as a barmaid, where I have learnt how to deal with complaints and was responsible for training new staff members. As part of my course at university I have gained skills such as, creating my own websites and business cards, as well as issuing invoices, model makings and creating technical drawings.
After graduating I have decided to gain more administrative skills, and develop the ones that I already have, and joined Park Plaza Westminster Bridge as a receptionist. This role gave me an experience in many aspects of office administration, as well as customer service. I am responsible for taking reservations, guest allocations, as well as email and telephone correspondence, maintaining records, creating and updating inventories and scheduling appointments.
