Working for two large FMCG organisations has equipped me with solid commercial experience and has enabled me to refine my analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills. An excellent communicator with experience in driving a strategic business growth plan on an ecommerce platform, I have a proven record of successfully managing stakeholders' expectations and delivering on key business challenges across a variety of areas.   • Worked across several major functional areas including: buying, inventory management, vendor management and site merchandising, with a specific focus on driving and managing the YoY business growth of a strategic vendor partner on the Amazon platform. • Vendor responsibilities included: ensuring we held full and relevant product selection; conceiving, creating and executing online marketing campaigns, conducting negotiations for funding and performing detailed analysis of sales performance to identify opportunities to drive business and increase brand awareness and credibility • Online traffic champion for the category.     • During my time in university I was appointed design and marketing coordinator, producing both posters, banners and flyers for advertisement purposes. This was a student=led initiative and the award was received as part of a collaborative partnership between the Universities of Southampton, Bath, Bristol, Exeter and Surrey.
