Responsibilities included helping to co-ordinate shoots and edits. Booking crew and creating call sheets for multiple shoots, often 3 or more a week. I would contact clients on a daily basis and also performed office admin duties.
Main responsibilities included booking freelance designers and help to co-ordinate shoots, including creating call sheets, booking studios and sourcing props. I helped to create schedules for projects and freelancers. I also kept budgets and invoices up to date and filed all paperwork in an effective way, so it was easy to find what was needed.
