About me
The events industry is in high demand presently and it is my desire to be part of it. My interest in music, combined with my ever-growing experience in managing events, provides me with a solid background and the urge to push myself to the next level. My previous role as a Primary School Teacher goes hand in hand with organisation. I plan for individual lessons on a daily and weekly basis and also have medium and long term plans for a basic foundation of what each term should cover. My classroom planning has given me a good understanding of Microsoft Office and continually ensures I meet my deadlines. As this can be quite time consuming, being efficient and organised with my time is imperative. Constantly setting high expectations for myself to reach my goals, for my pupils to reach their targets, and model those expectations to fellow staff and classroom assistants, is an everyday practice. I am a keen conscientious person with an easy approachable manner. I am reliable and have good sense of humour. My personality includes qualities cheerfulness, confidence, enthusiasm, and a willingness to work hard and efficiently. I always try to achieve above average and will always do an extra bit to help customers, teammates, and the company. I also have an eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to new environments.
