Daily responsibilities include, directing, coordinating and planning essential central services such as reception, security,maintenance, mail, catering, general office disposal and recycling. As a facilities officer I am involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operational activities and internal com's in the office of 170 employees.
? Assist with community management and all aspects of Depop’s social presence ? Research and contact influencers to onboard, focusing on current trend setters and menswear. ? Manage style influencers and their Depop shop, photographing their products to sell and advising others on how to sell ? Create and launch informative user-focused campaigns and assisting with marketing on social media platforms ? Ad hoc support in other areas of the business
Assisting in the organization of key events, campaigns and new season product launches ? Analysis of product sales trends and reporting to senior management internationally ? Carrying out research to ensure strong consumer and product awareness ? Liaising with partners/clients for various projects and maintaining the strong brand image at all times ? Communicating with both internal and external partners to maintain strong working relationships ? Application of core marketing techniques to manage and implement multiple projects/initiatives ? Office key holder ? Maintaining accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports ? Producing data and reports for senior management on performance and brand development ? Monitoring and analyzing the brand and competitors’ performance to identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats ? Attending trade shows to promote the brand and bring in retrospective customers ? Effectively coaching, motivating and developing the retail team at our UK flagship store
