  • My role at both the designer label Nikita Karizma and the sister label Karizma.London are appropriated with growing the small business’ into legitimate brands. Alongside liaising with celebrity representatives and fashion bloggers regarding the sending of products, I also assist in all forms of social media and construct the weekly e-mails. This internship has equipped me with the understanding of both the designer and high street market whilst also allowing me to practise my styling and copywriting skills.

  • Alongside editing the junior fashion bloggers writing, this internship saw me produce up to four articles a week and assist the team in launching their online magazine. The content was aimed towards a female audience and ranged from trend articles to celebrity style and gossip features. Alongside editorial, I was also in charge of advertising the fashion articles on their social media accounts in order to drive views and attention to the companies website.

  • Whilst with the BFC, I assisted in the basic runnings of London Fashion Week. My role lied with a number of responsibilities, from assisting the press team in the media lounge (including putting together the daily press packets), front of house (including vetting press, bloggers, buyers and VIPs) and welcoming guests.
