Developing and maintaining excellent administrative systems, imagery production and sourcing. Cross functional liaison between internal and external teams including print suppliers in Switzerland to deliver projects on time and to budget. • Image sourcing and editing for company website, retail stores and company offices; use of Photoshop to edit imagery to detailed specifications. • General administrative tasks; invoicing, minute taking and completion of internal spreadsheets. • Responsible for maintaining excellent supplier relationship and liaison, to ensure print quotes are delivered on time. • Management of print suppliers to install graphics across channel base; on time and to specification. • Proofing and sign off of company catalogues and website, to ensure accurate content and imagery. • Responsible for training and tutoring of all new staff, to ensure full understanding of company procedures and processes. Prior to my experience as a Web and Print Production Assistant, I was working within retail to support my academic studies, allowing me to develop a broad knowledge of the retail and fashion industry, as well as developing excellent customer service skills.
