About me
22-year-old determined and energetic Fashion Image and Communication graduate from Arts University Bournemouth, acquiring a First-Class Honours in 2018 and high achieving marks throughout university. Developed experience through obtaining numerous fashion and design internships at Margaret Howell, House of Sunny and Skinnydip. Focussing past industry experience and all projects around creative direction, graphics and branding, I feel my portfolio shows I have an extremely creative vision with a strong personal style, but ability to be adaptive, quickly conforming to brand identities. I believe I have a very aesthetic awareness, ability to conceptualise brand personalities and interpret a brand’s vision. In previous projects, I’ve gathered my inspiration from the environment around me and people I meet. Thriving on generating new and contemporary visual concepts and overseeing the development from inception to production, greatly interest me and in the future, I aim to put this into practice as a digital designer.

    Designing contemporary concepts and assets working alongside the senior graphic designer, consistently translating the brand identity. Responsible for all creative briefs and own workload from inception to completion and managing under pressure to adhere to tight weekly deadlines. I was a very valued member of a small design team, working at a high junior level, covering junior and middleweight briefs in a very small department using initiative and adapting quickly to the fast paced environment. Designing a wide range of assets from digital to print and production on a global scale. Digital assets include evites, seasonal digital lookbooks and brochures; engaging editorial layouts for third party apps, seasonal website landing banners, various social media assets, video titles, and large digital advertisement. Print assets include invites, menu’s, seasonal Birthday/Christmas cards, press collateral for events and collaborations, ad-hoc marketing and large format print. Driving conceptual thinking across project and pitch/deck work and finding creative solutions. Also dealing with print production from start to finish, keeping within budgets and liaising with a range of departments for various projects.

    Creating a variety of digital and printed graphic assets, consistently translating the brand identity from inception to final artwork, including e-commerce assets/print/events/digital/web/mobile design, constantly liaising with e-commerce, PR and visual merchandising teams, reporting to managers. Digital assets include creating various banners, desktop and mobile formats, Instagram stories, Instagram grid posts, newsletters etc. Print and POS assets include creating various designs for in store graphics and events including promotional cards, in store launch events including Starbucks #PSLNAILS and Disney x Skinnydip. These include in-store vouchers/store A1 signs/stickers, vinyl’s/photo-boothcards/spinning fortune wheel for customers to interact with/POS display/roller banners and other various in store graphics. Other assets comprise generating a new in store lanyard, introducing a new brand colour which will be implemented across the whole brand. Creating initial print ideas and graphics for a new swimwear range, designing an internal certificate design for HR, resizing images, creating and amending in store graphics. Also asked by the product design team to create a embroidered phone case print which is now in production. Working and liaising with the graphics team to generate concepts for Christmas 2018 takeover.
