• Printing and collating architectural revisions for project portfolios. • Implementing and putting together the Occupational Health & Safety manuals for 15 construction site locations with all vital information. • 2 weeks as interim Office Manager due to annual leave. • Input on, and co-ordination of, the move to Office 365 in the move towards a paperless, cloud-based business. • 2 months as a lettings negotiator, working with potential renters every day showing them the properties on the market and organising any offers. • 4 months as office administrator which involved archiving of tenants, organising and arranging visits for maintenance staff and contractors, liaising directly with landlords over maintenance issues, double checking and signing off invoices and general office administration. • In charge of organising all gas and PAT tests for all managed properties on a monthly basis and uploading the relevant certificates to the system.
