Classically trained cellist and composer turned electronic music producer, session vocalist and cellist. I can bring the beautiful sound of the cello to your projects, provide vocal toplines and harmonies as well as write and produce songs. I am working on my own artistic project under the name VERA SACRA, my debut EP hopefully coming this year. Starting session work during the pandemic meant that most of my clients were online - I have undertaken jobs across a wide variety of genres from house to jazz and even heavy metal. Songs I've worked on have been playlisted by Spotify in their Fresh Finds Dance playlist and received radio play by BBC Radio 6, Jazz FM, Worlwide FM to name a few. I am also interested in sync and scoring for moving picture, something I'm keen to develop my skills in.
Alongside music I study Russian at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE). I've always been interested in languages and having studied German at school then lived in Austria, I was keen to choose a language to study that would allow me access to a culture which is sometimes difficult to gain entry to as an English-speaker. I'm fascinated by post-soviet culture and underground art and music especially. In my degree I also have the ability to develop both quantitative and qualitative research skills. I believe the combination of linguistic skills and research skills I've gained from university would be an asset to any company with an international client base.
At university I manage the marketing for our student radio, Pulse, which gives students an opportunity to have their own show and DJ at venues across London. This year we have sold out iconic venues such as Corsica Studios and built a vibrant following in our university. As marketing manager I use graphic design software regularly to curate our socials. I have a good eye for design and I'd love to take on more projects in social media/content creation.
