About me

I have spent seven years working in social media and community management, with a specific interest in high-growth startups. I am experienced in using Microsoft Office programs, Adobe Photoshop as well as all major social networking platforms. I use reporting and analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Sprout Social, and have created regular content using Wordpress. In my recent role at TodayTix, I produced and directed video content with major West End productions, developing key relationships to increase brand awareness and sales. During my career, I have sought new challenges and opportunities, developed new skills and am driven by continual growth, both personally and professionally.

Writing search optimized blog content, including interviews, fun listicles, video posts, guides to theatre and PR pieces. Producing and directing video content. I manage film crews shooting backstage footage, interviews and exclusive content for social media channels. Designing and coordinating events and parties. Creating social-led campaigns to engage our earned audiences and increase brand awareness, from conception to execution and analysis. Running a brand ambassador programme aimed at young performers with engaged social followings to create social content with TodayTix. I managed the online application process, executed several events and managed the year-long programme. This included arranging for them to see theatre as well as shooting exclusive videos with them backstage at the theatre. Participating in and executing email strategy, using Mailchimp primarily then moving on to using Appboy. Attracting and managing sponsorships for podcasts and radio shows, building relationships for our brand within the industry and making use of new media opportunities. Creating reports and decks for internal campaign developments as well as external partners.
