Team liaising, management and delegation, Setting up and teaching studio lighting and studio technique, creating rotas, shooting plans and allocating time slots for clients (students) . Negotiating length of hiring studio and hiring equipment. Photographer and checking photos for publication creating a post editing system for publication.,

  • Unpaid/ voluntary work. Organised and managed a photography team of 10 and 115 fashion design and knitwear students over 10 locations. The brief given was use of Polaroid, location based on garments inspiration and natural lighting. With this in mind i and my team were given creative free reign to decide on how the photo shoots where taken. Location scout, use of bowens location kits, shot on medium format with polariod back, management and delegation, liaising with fashion/ knitwear student teams as well NTU fashion team (lecturers). organising presentations on art direction etc,
