About me
I am a hardworking, reliable and trustworthy individual who enjoys new challenges and experiences, meeting new people and helping others. My strong social skills allow me to work well as a part of a team and to adapt to new situations quickly. I am a quick learner and continually strive to be the best I can be at all times. I work well under pressure and deadlines and can handle stressful situations. I have a passion for writing/broadcast news, helping others and travelling.
At the age of 23, I've lived in three different countries (Canada, Australia and England) and have studied journalism in all of them. On top of my strong journalistic skillset, I also have extensive experience in production editing, social media management and communications. Learning how journalism and social media tactics work in numerous countries are important skillsets and advantages that I feel I’m fortunate to have over others.
My goal is to have a long-standing career in entertainment/broadcast news but I also would be open to continue to grow with other journalistic or social media/communications positions due to my prior knowledge in those fields.
