  TMI (formerly Thomas Cook) 18-30s holidays I took on this project to assist my friend who runs her own copywriting business. As someone who has personally visited Zante and Ibiza, this project was given to me from a fellow freelance copywriter who knew I had personally been to these locations. I was able to draw on my own experiences when writing tips on clubbing holidays, which was both slightly more detailed than my friend could deliver as well as nostalgic!

I introduced the permanent team to Google Analytics and used existing data to support my suggestions for improving the online journeys and content across the site. Performed audits on the site, and advised stakeholders about the best practices we were implementing. I also piloted a PPC campaign for Thames Water in a successful attempt to reduce calls to their call centres about river pollution
