Created a number of high-fidelity designs to be A/B tested, encouraging users to subscribe to its advanced membership options.
Designed and tested a brand new native app for a health company, with user flows focused on educating and tracking symptoms.
Conducted extensive user research, including storyboarding and customer journey mapping, created mid-fidelity wireframes and ran usability testing on a responsive redesign of a charity website.
Created a prototype for a web app that aids start-ups, including an interactive member’s area – the client chose this, out of three pitches, to be developed.
Published a list of commercial fiction and was responsible for spearheading the company’s digital strategy.
Commissioned commercial fiction across a range of genres in home and international markets, and in 2017 was selected as a Bookseller Rising Star (major award from leading trade magazine).
In Red's agency-like setting, I completed 5 UX projects (3 of which were with live clients) covering all aspects of the user experience process.
