- Responsible for look and feel of all communal areas including lounges, co-working, break out spaces, cafes and bars. - Speccing all accessories, soft furnishings and botanicals for both new and existing portfolio. - Responding to design briefs given by external architects and interior designers. - Collaborating and producing creative concepts and visual mood-boards. - Working with project managers and adhering to strict budgets and timelines. - Creating detailed schedules and specifications - Working with and supporting in-house procurement team. - Creating visual guides and standards for Building Teams. - Working with Building Managers, General Managers and maintenance teams to uphold visual standards. - Costing and estimating refurbishment budgets. - Liaising with suppliers and dealing with any issues and faults. - Basic space planning. - Keeping on top of trends and passionately researching interior inspirations. - Working with internal marketing teams to produce all final photographic content. - Photographic retouching and producing project completion packs. - Adhoc in house photo shoots where necessary.
Working with Architects, Interior Designers, Producers, Photographers and Creative Studios/ Agencies to produce visual concepts and solutions for a range of advertising channels and projects. - Creating mood-boards, trend forecasting, colour scheming, prop and textile sourcing. - Project management and budgeting. - Organising of deliveries and installation. - Managing PR contacts and loans. - Working collaboratively and creatively on set/ site with the Photographer and Creative Teams. - Seamstress qualification and high level of Textile and Fabric knowledge. Able to produce custom soft furnishings.
