I am a natural communicator and enjoy jobs that involve interaction with my own team and different stakeholders. I have over three years varied experience in organising conferences, training sessions, exhibitions, dinners, incentives, awards evenings and advisory boards both within the UK and overseas, all of which have required high levels of attention to detail, the ability to multitask and keep calm whilst under pressure. My previous roles have ranged from project management with responsibility for large scale budgets of up to £500k, contracts and supplier liaison, to delegate management with responsibility for all delegate communications and database reporting, onsite management and post-event reconciliation. I have also managed staff both within the office and whilst onsite at an event and very much enjoy mentoring and motivating my team. My IT skills are proficient and I have excellent knowledge of a diverse range of databases and systems.
I have cherished my time at my current company, I have grown with them and proud to be one of its founding members however I feel that after 3 years it’s time for me to take on new challenges and push myself to further grow my Events career.

As Event Manager I am responsible for managing diverse high profile events such as conferences, product launches, awards ceremonies, incentives and meetings for many corporate clients from a range of industries starting with the venue find, managing the event through all the way to onsite and post event evaluation including budget control and reconciliation. I work on a large number of proposals and attend and lead various pitches for new business.
