About me

As a freelance Graphic Designer in Berlin, I worked from conception to production on the S/S 17 campaign for TOM TAILOR, a German retailer, where excellent communication skills, the ability to liaise at all levels, being organised, self-motivated and using my own initiative have been vital to the success of the project. I was able to use my creative eye whilst in charge of creating mood boards to inspire the photoshoots and whilst cropping the selected outcomes to fit a variety of formats that would be used on the shop floor and windows. Another example illustrating my capability of translating creative concepts into various formats would be during my internship at CHANEL in Paris, where I put together presentations showcasing the Visual Merchandising guidelines intended for the international markets. During my Graphic Communications studies at Loughborough University, School of Arts, I was able to work on a variety of projects regularly using Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. I thoroughly enjoyed taking on the role of an art director reinterpreting the themes of Little Red Riding Hood and Wrath, one of the Seven Deadly Sins and visualising them through artwork and using typography. I also took on the role of a spatial designer, designing the concept for a window display for TOPSHOP and runway display for CHANEL. Furthermore, I believe my international experience working in a variety of countries and languages to be a great asset to your team. I have learnt to exchange ideas and adapt to realities that were not mine originally. A thirst to learn, creative thinking and an open mind have proven beneficial to the richness of these experiences. Today, I wish to use these skills and pursue them into your working environment as a Junior Graphic Designer.
