Hired creatives into agencies and clients who then went on to create global campaigns and won numerous awards. Built an established network of over 1000 creative people globally across all levels of seniority; spanning juniors through to Chief Creative Officers.

Joined as 'Employee number 3' in the start-up of London’s first specialist agency to represent freelance advertising talent. The company included Creative, Planning, Creative Services and Account Management divisions. Working alongside the sister company; Kendall Tarrant (now The Talent Business) we also launched offices in New York and Sydney, participated in a management buy-out and subsequently an acquisition. I initiated The Cream Awards, which still remains a top showcase for junior creative talent entering the advertising industry.
