  • Drawing and developing from previous experience in co-ordinating a three-day outdoor screening, attended last year by over 1500 people over two days. Roles include liaising with the council, sponsors, and suppliers. Developing both teamwork and leadership roles, alongside progression in organisational skills to strict deadlines.

  • Passionate team player, executing consistently high levels of customer service and professionalism under pressure. This included multitasking, running dispense on busy weekends, and handling difficult customers. Well versed in the classics, as well as experimental techniques (flambé/smoke gun etc.). Extensively cultivated a network of contacts within the London bar industry.

  • Trained in customer service relations at booking.cares. Enthusiastic member of a small team producing a weeklong event attended by thousands. Responsibilities include supervising and organising volunteers, documenting ticket sales and accounts (working with Excel and xero), and running the box office.


Décor Officer

Pembroke College May Ball

Aug 2012 - May 2013
  • Designed a professional level of décor for a May Ball attended by over 1,500 people, which received 5* reviews. Had to utilise creative initiative when under budget constraints, such as in the creation of dramatic features with lighting and handmade paper cranes. On the night, dealt with issues under pressure involving queuing problems, power cuts, and coordinating performers/staff. Teamwork and organisation abilities advanced.



Pembroke Telephone Campaign

  • Contacted alumni in order to raise funds and maintain connection with College. Collectively raised over £120,000, exceeding target. Communication, adaptability, and dealing with difficult situations improved. Delivered high level of professionalism.
