Building an online audience to maximise a UK preview screening tour, iTunes and theatrical release. ? Researching and contacting local outreach groups to encourage relevant audiences to cinema screenings and organise competitions. ? Live event posting and monitoring from London Film Festival and Q&A tour screenings. ? Online marketing spend consultancy.
Reponsible for all digital output and social media channels and campaigns: ? Publishing online coverage of Dogwoof films (and brand presence), from social media channels to brand and film websites, to drive audience and sales. ? Creating and interacting with online communities and discussions around each film, from festival screenings to theatrical and home ent releases, for both UK and global deals. ? Manage multiple channels including Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Vimeo, Google+, Tumblr, Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin, FlickR, Letterboxd. ? Using CMS to create individual film websites and upload content for all Dogwoof websites: Popup Cinema, Dogwoof Global, Dogwoof.TV, DogwoofDVD and IF365. ? Writing brand content on social channels, websites, blogs and newsletters. ? Responsible for online marketing campaigns: creative, keyword targeting and budget. ? Maintaining relationships and co-ordinating film campaigns with directors/producers, PR and digital agencies, press outlets and writers, outreach partners and cinemas. ? Reporting on all online activity: traffic, reach, growth, SEO, advertising and sales. ? Speaking on behalf of the brand at various events and film festivals. High profile titles include: ? Blackfish, a film which spurred audiences on social media to campaign against SeaWorld with huge success. ? BAFTA winner The Act of Killing, a film which heldover for new screenings every week at the ICA for a whole year. ? The Spirit of '45, which included working on an innovative multi-platform digital project with Film4 and Ken Loach's production company.
