    • Working alongside clients, venues, and artists to create bespoke entertainment/events for Corporate, Private Events & Weddings. • Budget management: Providing clients with accurate quotes and responding to any requests or queries they may have regarding event operations. • Creating detailed and bespoke briefs, presentations, and mood boards etc. from information and ‘buzz-words’ from the client and presenting not just what the client had in mind, but over and above their expectations and with creative flair. • Representing Sternberg Clarke at site visits, supplier meetings, and client-facing networking events. • Preparation and distribution of event documentation and site plans to client, venue, artist and on-site event staff. • On-site event management from set-up to pack-down, including: briefing of suppliers and artists, stage managing where required, and ensuring operational procedures are observed and maintained by all staff. • Personally managing a number of venues, galleries, & museums/private clubs; being the first point of contact for client and venue staff. (Tate Modern, National & National Portrait Gallery, Tate Britain, The Wallace Collection, Home House, Westminster Abbey & St Paul’s Cathedral) Learning detailed knowledge about unique venues and respecting the historic art pieces within. Taking enquires with this for-knowledge & transferring that enquiry into bookings; working with client & venue to ensure all restrictions are followed, but that the creative & bespoke service is maintained. Attending those events to ensure the smooth running and making sure that both venue and client were happy. • Understanding and developing trends/styles in events a ensuring the client is up to date with what’s new and exciting, but also knowing when to be timeless and chic. • Working closely with and juggling other suppliers to ensure appropriate production and complete cohesion for an event. • Forging great working relationships with these other suppliers and venue staff and learning how best to work together to ensure the client gets the best possible result.
    Auditorium Manager

    • Managed the talks program & Auditorium for the Frieze Master Art Fair. • On hand meeting & greeting the prestigious speakers, setting up the room & selling tickets (selling out every talk) • Managing & mentoring a team of 10; understanding where everyone worked best & assigning appropriate roles as well as helping the team come together to create a real buzz around the talks program.
