Key Responsibilities: - Managing the Lab website, including regular analysis, content creation and changes to the customer journey to improve conversion. - Event management and thought leadership; owning and managing our own quarterly events in addition to securing speaking opportunities at large conferences and liaising with partners for joint events and webinars. - Developing and implementing email campaigns, including monthly updates and targeted campaigns. - Ensuring our monthly lead targets are hit across platforms, and adjusting lead-gen strategy. - Strategic planning & budget tracking for all marketing campaigns. - Planning and overseeing PPC campaigns, working closely with the digital marketing team. - Leading internal social activities and assisting HR when required. - Assistance to MD & Directors when required.
Drummonds are a luxury bathroom manufacturer & retailer, with a high profile client base and a close relationship with the interior design agency. Key Responsibilities: - Managing the website, including content creation, importing new products and improving the customer journey. - Liaising closely with a digital agency to test and implement PPC and SEO campaigns. - Working alongside an external PR agency to organise product launches, photoshoots and events. - Managing the Social media channels, putting together a social strategy and conducting monthly analysis. - Creating promotional and season-specific email campaigns for lead generation. - Organising stands at trade shows, from liaising with designers to the logistics department. - International sales inquiries, producing quotes for clients and finalising the sale. - Assistance to MD when required.
