Responsible for managing a team of event staff to facilitate approximately 90 incoming productions per year from the planning stages right through to delivery of each event; including health and safety, security, traffic management, box office and Front of House management, artist & VIP liaison, staging, technical requirements, and liaising with all internal departments through Artifax event scheduling software. Events range from a 3 month production of Cirque du Soleil in its entirety, to worldwide rock and pop artists, bespoke theatre productions, film premieres and high profile conferences all with exceptionally unique production requirements within an extremely strict time frame.
Co-coordinating with production managers, artists and booking agents to fulfill the smooth running of their complex production requirements for Latitude, Big Chill, Reading, Leeds and Electric Picnic festivals. Responsible for technical and hospitality requirements for over 150 artists per festival.
Responsibility of the access requirements for military personnel, international delegates and government specialists at a large scale exhibition attracting over 25,000 attendees.
Contractual work. Managing front and back of house ticketing systems and box offices for an array of events, including BBC Electric Proms, Glastonbury Festival, the Ideal Home Show and the world renowned Ryder Cup. Providing statistics, reports and professional customer care to the promoters, production teams, security and general public.
