About me
Emma started in the Advertising industry nearly 20 years ago, working five years in Direct, five in Integrated and in the last 10 becoming an expert in Shoppers. As ECD, Emma steered Saatchi & Saatchi X London to be the most awarded in the network. During those ten years digital disruption changed the business and communications landscape. So to keep pace with this change she moved to Cheil, the Korean network renowned for its innovative digital work. There she had a lead role in a very exciting and cutting edge creative department, alongside some of the best talent in the business working with Digital, Social, Experiential, UX and Content experts. In 2015 Emma was appointed by MullenLowe Open as ECD of its flagship London agency. She has been tasked with building the creative reputation of the MullenLowe Group’s activation network. Creative accolades include agency of the year at MAAs, and award recognition at Cannes and D&AD, she also judged D&AD 2015 on the Direct panel. Emma is passionate about making the creative industry more diverse and is currently working on three projects to promote the advancement of diverse talent: She runs a female mentoring programme for ‘She Says’ called Whos Your Momma; Is a founder of ‘Token Man’ an initiative to give men a better understanding of the challenges women face in our industry; and acted as a Mentor to the winning team of the Great British Diversity Experiment.

Emma joined Cheil Worldwide as Creative Director where she had a lead role in a very exciting and cutting edge creative department, alongside some of the best talent in the business working with Digital, Social, Experiential, UX and Content experts. Being proactive and a self-starter with an eye for opportunity led her to working predominantly in new business prospecting. Alongside working on Samsung Mobile, Tablet and Domestic Appliance launches she developed the agencies Digital Retail offering for a broad range of clients, creating new and innovative technologies to help people shop.
