Financial Promotions Administrator – Key responsibilities A Financial Promotion is an invitation to engage in investment activity, which needs to be reviewed and approved, prior to any external communication. This includes; brochures, leaflets, websites, invitations, pre-approach letters, advertisements, advertorials and editorials. •Log all internal and external communications requiring approval. •Communicate the result of the review and explain (where required) why an item could not be approved. •Engage with Partners and Directors on priority cases. •Ensure Partner information on the database is accurate and up to date. •Train new team members on approvals procedure. •Triage approval requests, to allocate cases appropriately and help the case officer prioritise their workload.
