• Task: event manager support, social media manager • Within a team of 5 people I planned events and fairs across the UK for clients in the food, fashion and design industries. I was required to schedule timetables and maintain daily contact with partners and clients via phone/email. • I organised promotion activities such as writing blog articles, designing flyers and posters for events and updating social media accounts. These activities enabled me to gradually enhance my creative skills
• Task: PR and press officer assistant • I wrote weekly press releases and reports and designed media strategies according to clients’ needs. I could build and retain good relationships with journalists and Italian media, and this allowed me to develop self confidence, good communication skills and attention to details
