I worked as Iris van Herpen's Assistant and Head of Projects. It was a fast pace and diverse role, including but not limited to the following responsibilities;
- assisting on the design of the couture collection and external projects
- head of communication and planning for all projects and collaborations
- stylist/creative consultant for all Iris van Herpen photoshoots
- graphic designer for show and event invitations; both digital and print
- atelier coordinator responsible for 12-18 staff on a daily basis
- PA duties, such as diary management, travel itineraries and planning
Working for a small company with an international reach allowed me the opportunity to expand my skillset across various areas of the industry; both creative and managerial. Thus, giving a much deeper insight into the industry as well as gaining experience juggling multiple projects and working to demanding deadlines.
