- Final Major Project: Côte d'Azur-La Vie en Rose Resort 2020French Riviera architecture and coastal glamour are combined with 1950s’ jet-set chic to create a modern, timeless resort collection. Inspiration from shutters, parasols, and curves on iconic buildings inform voluminous silhouette, which is fluid yet structured at once. Large soft folds and layers in luxurious silk fabrics recreate movement of the parasols in a jacket, dress and full-length skirt, whilst shutters inspire pleats and tucks along the centre front and back of a shirt and curving aro
- Coats x The Royal Shakespeare Company x GFW 'From Stage to Catwalk'Using the Royal Shakespeare Company to research iconic costume designs and to re-interpret a classic Shakespearean costume with a creative twist to make a contemporary ready-to-wear look. The Royal Shakespeare Company Archives were used as a form of research, to access images of classic costumes, before selecting a costume worn by the character Lady Macbeth in a production of Macbeth in 2011.
