Gain an in-depth knowledge of the Showroom ways of working and strive to consistently uphold and maintain these when working on a day to day basis to support the smooth running of all showroom activities.
• Ensure sample movement policy is upheld at all times and all samples are signed in and out of the Showroom using the correct process.
• Ensure that the ways of working during market are adhered to by all and take a proactive stance in advising others and communicating the ways of working to our internal stakeholders.
• Consistently follow procedures and tasks outlined in the duties of a Showroom Assistant ensuring that each individual task is completed to ensure seamless day to day running of the Showroom.
• Support the Showroom Samples Assistant and the sample movement process by developing strong links and channels of communication, advising on any sample related issues
