- Managing a portfolio of accounts closely with the MD - Developing contacts, generating business and managing client relationships. - Providing quotations and update customers at all times with kit and crew bookings. - Providing crew and equipment to the broadcast industry. - Responsible for cross-hiring equipment, raising purchase orders, invoices and finalising shoot costs. - Responsible for setting up new accounts.
• Providing day to day edit and media support including media management, dubs and transfers, standard conversion, file conversion, quality control, labelling, work-order completion, and the client call-out response. • Ensuring that all client facilities, e.g. suites, decks, etc. are ready on time. • Resolving day-to-day edit and media support issues in liaison with the Edit\Media Support Manager, and implementing actions to ensure the smooth running of the department. • Escalating issues to the Edit\Media Support Manager promptly as required. • Liaising with Edit and Media Support and Bookings for the re-scheduling of conflicting resources. • Providing a response to technical queries from staff and clients. • Introducing clients to new services and procedural improvements.
