Ethos is a chic modern start up restaurant near Oxford Circus specialising in healthy, meat-free dishes. I ensure the restaurant is regularly full with coordinated marketing campaigns and events. I manage the brands online reputations, PR, social media; email marketing, in-house marketing, CRM, SEO and paid campaigns.
Xen-Do Martial Arts is the biggest independent martial arts school and brand within the UK. My career began as a social media manager winning the contract from outsourced agency. At the time of joining the team, the company had just undergone a rebrand and I was tasked with modernising the business and installing systems that allowed scalability and success in new markets. I quickly became the full-time Marketing Manager with a full range of responsibilities such as Copy, PPC, SEO, advertising, email marketing, CRM, and sales.
TLBBA (The Little Black Book Agency) was a start-up company optimising the online presence of bars, clubs, and promoters whilst simultaneously producing events for these clients. I joined the team, replacing a founding member and increased our client base by 50% in the first two months. I managed client’s online marketing whilst working with the team to produce creative and profitable events.
Betclic Everest Group is the third largest European online gaming site with millions of customers. I joined as an email marketing executive, ensuring communication with a six million plus audience was optimised. I maintained an 20% + average open rate with regular testing of templates, spam bots and detailed analysis of open and click rates. After a year I decided I wanted to move into social media so began to offer my knowledge and eventually became the UK social media planner and adviser for other languages.
