I designed the Christmas window display for Be Chocolat's Brighton shop situated in the South Lanes. Inspired by Swiss Alps and homely chalet's , the display featured in Viva Magazine's December issue.
In collaboration with Walt Disney Studios UK I designed and realised a costume that was inspired by their 2017 live action re-make of 'Beauty and the Beast'. The costume was made through sustainable methods including; up-cycling, craft preservation and zero waste pattern cutting . Zero waste pattern cutting was achieved through Adobe Illustrator and laser cut technology. The costume was exhibited at a preview of the film at the Mondrian Hotel London and at a Press Event hosted by Disney at Central Saint Martins. The costume was also displayed in a social media promotional film which has now been viewed over 33,000 times on Walt Disney Studio UK's Facebook page.
In my final year I designed the third year Drama Centre London BA Acting production of ‘Love and Information’. The role included weekly meetings and presentations to the director and the production team. My role was to visualise and organise the execution of the set design.
For the past year I have worked as a part-time intern for Kathy Woolley who is the Head of the Creative Studio for Bestival. The role included prop making, set painting and wood work. As well as being employed to set dress corporate events in London such as the Metro Party and Perfume Awards, I also worked as part of the creative team at Bestival 2017, dressing the site and painting props.
