    • Logic and strategic thinking in terms of selling/ organising the space • Answering calls and handling queries, providing or sending out information • Updating the website on daily bases • Preparing letters, presentations and reports • Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment • Managing the principal's electronic diary as well as keeping the booking system up to date • Providing administrative support to managerial and directorial staff also booking transport and accommodation • Helping managing the time by dealing with secretarial tasks such as arranging appointments for show rooms as well as booking couriers and organising collections • Understanding and applying the organisation's aims and objectives, knowing of who key personnel are • Responsible for work to be handled efficiently in the absence of managers • Typing documents and reports, using a variety of software packages and applying changes if necessary • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients ensuring that the information are collaborated correctly
