o Interface with Project Manager and Business Developer to review constructability of the project with the goal of reaching quality, cost and schedule commitments
o Work effectively with project management, engineering, BD and finance through collaboration in project acquisitions
o Collaborate with projects, legal and finance department to prepare CRFs, RFP, CO and track the amendments of contracts

o Management and Cost assessment; plan the activities of the 5 days festival, arrange the groups to fly in Greece and their transportation in Salamis Island, Keep an analysis about cost, income and final budget, arrange 5 days activities, accommodation and transportation of 4 groups of 30 people; Successfully, on time and by keeping our guests happy
o Communication; Meetings with local authorities for ensuring the use of public spaces during the festival, Find possible sponsors and volunteers, group guide and interpreter during the festival
o Marketing; Organize the promotion of the festival and how it is going to be effective, initiative to organize open parties and social media platform during the festival, when these proposals were implemented we increase the groups of young people who were interested in participating and volunteering in the next festivals
