• Project managing on the Google account for events related projects, working with the company founder to develop our relationship, and also project managing multiple events from my first with Google Play through to winning our biggest event, a Europe wide conference, in the space of two years

• Managing teams of multidisciplinary creatives to deliver quality projects
• Taking client briefs and briefing internal teams, and freelancers
• Leading client calls, and meetings
• Documenting feedback and communicating changes to internal team, freelancers and suppliers

• Overseeing and managing budgets from 10k to 200k on a range of projects from infographics to events
• Building / maintaining strong relationships and network of suppliers, ensuring we receive preferential rates and terms
• Improving company-wide communication through implementation of weekly status update meeting with all staff which I lead
• Implementing document management structure across the company on all projects. Owner and champion of this system which is now vital to Gramafilm, and allows us to work in a flexible way
