I am a creative and committed fashion student with a strong drive for fashion marketing that is growing with every new experience within this sector. I have worked within fashion and retail for 3 years and I am keen to maintain my inspiration for fashion with a fashion internship during my studies. I believe that my desire to listen, learn and excel at any given task makes me an ideal candidate for an internship vacancy.Locked Pro Plan feature
Whilst working as a sales assistant at Jack wills I acquired a range of marketing and retail skills alongside great insight into how a store environment works both financially and practically. I found at Jack Wills I was able to learn what factors affect the weekly profit of the store and how vital customer service is to the upkeep of a brand.
I enjoyed being part of the team at Next, especially being able to gain insight into how sale reductions function over the busy Christmas period. Duties included customer service, stock control, till management and working on the shop floor.
Employed as a store assistant. Duties included customer service, Till management and stock control. I worked weekdays, evenings and weekend shifts, covering both general duties including re-stocking and stocktaking. During my tenure, I received bonus awards for marketing and selling store credit cards.
I had a two-month long Customer Service job working in various areas of the busiest Heliport in the World. My prime role was customer facing on both general check-in and management of the flight query and information desks. The Heliport had around 80 flights per day, dealing with 1000+ passengers.
Working in Pentland’s design pool in Finchley London, I had a placement focusing on two separate projects. Firstly, assisting the design and collation of a history wall for the new Berghaus International facilities in Sunderland. This wall is now a prominent feature in their new foyer. Secondly, I had a research project to determine a strong strategic brand linkage for a charity relationship between the British Heart Foundation and Red or Dead. This involved logo design and forecasting the visuals for this future collaboration. Along side this I also gained excellent work experience with Lacoste and Hunter’s shoe departments.
