I am originally from Ukraine, currently living in London, a creative soul, passionate about the world of art, design and photography. I am a recent graduate from the UAL, London college communication (visual communication post-graduate course). As part of the studies, we were to handle several projects, majority of which I produced as printed editorials, and for a couple of others I attempted to compose a video/animation. I am well-conversed with Adobe Creative Suite, and basic HTML&CSS, aware of typography, colour and layout principles, additionally have experience of using CMS to design blogs and websites. My dream for 2015 is to get into TV production industry. Additionally, I have an extensive experience in customer service environment (administration, PA to directors, teams' coordinator). Organised, and challenged individual, I work hard to achieve greater results,
• Front of house (check in/check out, reservations management and other hotel services) • Booking enquires (liaising with travel agencies and direct requests) • Director’s assistant (marketing support, managing House Keeping and Maintenance teams, helping with invoicing, arranging meetings) • Concierge services (booking tours, restaurants, advising of London attractions).
• Ensuring the safety of works of art • Providing customer service to all the visitors of the Gallery (including enquiries and providing essential information) • Responsible for staffing the various areas of the Gallery • Front of House duties (answering calls, receiving post and delivery, being the first point of contact to all visitors) • Organising tours (research and plan excursions within the gallery, introducing visitors to artists and exhibitions) • Being involved in contemporary art research and assisting in workshops (children activity, educational talks to students)
