  • • Ensuring all late sales opportunities are maximised. Advising the team on what is best for the sale of advertising space to ensure that revenue is maximised. • Develop the 2 direct reports on the team through on the job training as well as more formal training sessions. • Work on development and testing of the Oasis booking system. • Set directives for the sales floor and make sure these are stuck to. • Monitoring potential problem areas for the sales floor and coming up with solutions to overcome these. • Managing the other 12 executives on the sales floor to ensure the month ahead is booked according to directive making sure all deals are delivered. • Chairing weekly assistants and executives meetings and ensure that all issues raised are resolved. • Ensuring constant communication with the regional office to ensure they have a good understanding of floor and airtime issues. • Creating and updating pivot tables so cost and quality positions can be analysed. • Use of the Caria system to check late money approvals.
