Main Roles and Responsibilities:
• Managed the European Air Conditioning catalogue - working with external agencies to put all information together to create a stylish and professional catalogue.
• Co- managed the European Roadshow Innovation Tour – planned the route, managed budget and allowances, created all marketing material including mini catalogues and produced a movie.
• Communicating with 17 subsidiaries daily from across Europe – managing workshops, surveys, certificates, product database, weekly reports and new product information.
• Assisting manger on ideas for the Samsung website and LinkedIn page for Air Conditioning.
Achievements:
• Worked on MOSTRA Exhibition in Milan – managed guest list for over 200 people, Gala Dinner, catering, subsidiary guidance documents and tickets. This $2million event influenced a huge turnover in Air Conditioning sales for 2016.
• Raised over £2,000 for the Sam Beare and Woking Hospice - worked in team of 5 to plan a Golf Day at Burhill Golf Club Weybridge for 45 people. Responsibilities included: finding prises, selling drinks, marketing material, organising meals, entertainment and charity speeches.
• Awarded the Navigating Organisations prize at Samsung Graduation – for working with a wide range of internal and external organisations.
