At Find Circles our mission is to make peer-supporting accessible to anyone. My key responsibility is to transform the business vision into a digital product that people will love. I like to think that my approach is empathic driven and data led, we try to understand human behaviour through qualitative and quantitative research and transform insights into design decision. I'm constantly working on the product process, trying to achieve a good balance between design innovation and agile development cycle.
During this experience, I worked mainly for two clients: Bayer and Fiskars. For Fiskars, my team and I kicked off a series of client meetings and UX workshops. The aim of the project was to create a global design experience framework to improve the development cycle across 16 different brands under the Fiskars umbrella.
Worked on a major website redesign for Royal Bank of Scotland and NatWest banks. We ran weekly agile sprints to gathering requirements, design, build and ship a new design system. The main goal was to roll out the new brand identity and accordingly improve the user & customer experience.
My team and I worked on a massive digital rebranding project for a financial project. My primary role was to define the product roadmap, transform client's challenges in user-centred solutions and create a prototype for qualitative and quantitative analysis. In 6 months we built an MVP product ready for a larger user testing, achieving a better and smoother user flow improving existing customer and prospect funnel. Also, implemented a brand new component library in four breakpoints responsive website for the Adobe Experience Manager CMS.
