I held the responsibility for editing and proof-reading multiple files for one of RATIO:CREATIVE’s clients. This involved the use of Word and Publisher and required excellent attention to detail.
This was an office based administration role: I was selected as one of two from my year group to work as a Gallery Assistant to Curator and Director Zavier Ellis. Using good communication and organisation skills and excellent time management, my role involved liaising with artists, responding to emails, collating information for exhibitions, installing exhibitions and answering customer enquiries. This role enhanced my already excellent eye for detail and efficiency for managing and completing administration tasks, whilst also providing me with invaluable experience of the gallery as a workplace and insight into the current arts industry.
