Managed the opening, subsequent running and de-rig of the company's first pop-up store. Included wearing the Events Manager hat during Christmas celebrations and The London Design Festival. Personally worked closely with experiential agency I-AM to create the in-store customer experience and Cameron PR to deliver bold branding strategies.

Supported the small merchandising team and personally managed the book department which includes over 1000 individual product SKUs. Attended the weekly buying and merchandising figures meeting, data analysis, stock control and purchasing, supplier relations and assisted in the visual merchandising of the two London stores.
