He has 10 years of experience as an integrated and executive producer, leading creative teams in developing and implementing innovative marketing programs for wide ranging clients. He specialises in managing cross-platform production of advertising programs including integrated campaigns, live events, activations, interactive experience, experiential design, TV-spots, non-traditional advertising. Federico is interested in photo, art, video, typo, tech, magazine, book, sport, reportage, research, creating and developing multimedia content and cross project for creative industry. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Managing all of the agency’s production workflow from brief to completion, from a creative, financial and management point of view. - Researching and managing a network of creative talent, from directors to visual merchandisers, from graphic designer to make up artists. Allocating and cost-controlling complex integrated production budgets Management of all pre and post production inclusive but not limited to client presentations, team selection, contract negotiation, schedules, estimates, VFX/SFX/CGI, music, radio, and sound design. Supporting Business Affairs department in its duties (financial agreements, contracts, buyouts releases, intellectual property management).
