- Branding DirectorLead branding and marketing for a US $100 Million, 40 story high-end (residential and office) building designed by Cesar Pelli (who also designed The Petronas Towers in Malaysia amongst others) in collaboration with SFA Design (California based Interior Design Firm). In charge of leading multiple teams involved (US and Mexico) including architects, interior designers amongst others, to facilitate a communication channel that would help develop the brand of Sofia.

Led sales for an average of 500 homes simultaneously with prices ranging from US$50K - US$900K. Directed design for housing projects, including urban design, exterior and interior of houses and sales showrooms. Creative Director for all advertising and branding with an allocated US$15M per year. Duplicated annual sales for 2006 and 2007, reaching annual US$150M. Directed 35 on-site sales representatives and 15 office-staff members.
