I currently hold the position of Senior Project Manager at Dazed Media, where I manage creative special projects, ranging from digital and social, editorial, events, exhibition and gallery ventures to luxury fashion still and film projects. I also project-manage the international publications of specialist art, culture and fashion coffee table books. My client roster includes aspirational brands such as Dior, Ralph Lauren, and Gucci, and street wear brands such as Adidas and Converse. I also have experience at liaising with intergovernmental organisations including NASA and the United Nations.

My main responsibilities include: • Facilitating internal creative meetings, setting agendas, following up on action points to meet project deadlines. • Delivering brief response and presentation by coordinating with Account Managers and Creative Strategy Director. Attending pitch meetings when required. • Creating schedules for the delivery of all assets, monitoring deadlines for team members and commissioned individuals. • Drafting contracts and making amendments as directed to ensure compliance with rights, usage and legal requirements. • Preparing forecast production budgets and managing costs during production through reporting. • Liaising with the Editorial, Production, Photographic and Design departments along with editorial and commercial clients to ensure the success of each project. • Supervising and managing junior members of the Projects team. • Monitoring creative integrity to ensure delivery against agreed deliverables, keeping clients informed. • Maintaining communication with client by responding to feedback and sharing with internal team and external creatives. • Overseeing commissioning and on-going communication with collaborators ensuring adherence to brief and deliverables. • Contribute to writing of project reports, and final invoicing and reconciliation of budget. • Archive all project budgets, contracts and assets and attend project debrief meetings.
