I am a creative rationalist. I like legos and numbers, but also art and logic. I don’t believe in black and white. Everything can be looked at differently. Anything can be great. I have 16 years of experience in marketing management, but I still curious as the first day. I never cease to challenge myself. I never allow myself to be dull or bored. I never stop looking ahead or asking questions. For me, passion and quality are two faces of the same coin. I am an omnivorous all-rounder. I have strong digital and branding skills developed in major media companies. My experience has been gained in diverse situations and business sectors, ranging from multinational companies and start-ups, to small companies. This variegated background has enabled me to always deliver important results through problem-solving, analysis and strategic planning. I have managed to finalize complex co-marketing, advertising and licensing deals with key companies like Fiat, P&G, Mattel, Disney, B&L, Mondadori, Espresso Group. I am used to work under stress and in multi-faceted scenarios, where I have reached objectives through creativity and precise execution. I am very passionate about my work and I like to transmit my enthusiasm to others. Relationships, presentations and public speaking are definitely my thing. But life doesn't revolve only around work. At least it shouldn't. I am lucky enough to teach at a Master in Branding & Advertising, because I am firmly convinced that we need to pass on what we have learned and it's an activity that it's incredibly gratifying. I write on a Blog about advertising, so I also wear a journalist hat every month, which is great because it forces me to nurture my writing skills. I also mentor for CoderDojo to help kids programming so I can have fun hacking stuff on weekends. Happily married, father of two fantastic kids. I clean my dishes.
